Tower — InOut Instant Win review and demo

18+ only.

Tower Review

Tower is an Instant Win game by InOut built around a simple choice: climb higher for a growing multiplier or cash out what you have already accumulated. Instead of reels, the game uses a vertical tower with ten levels. On each floor, you open one tile: a safe pick lets you keep climbing, while a trap ends the round immediately. You can change the risk level before starting, so the pace and the chance of a successful step depend on the selected mode.

Tower Demo — Play for Free

The Tower demo is a convenient way to learn the mechanic without betting real money. In free-play mode, you can compare Classic, Low, Medium and High, see how the number of safe and dangerous tiles changes, follow the multiplier after each successful pick and practise using Cash Out at the right time. This is especially useful here because the core decision repeats on every floor: keep climbing or stop and lock in the current result.

Tower Key Features

Tower is an Instant Win game rather than a classic slot with reels, paylines and a symbol paytable. Its core features are a ten-level tower, four risk modes, a growing multiplier and the option to secure the current result after a successful step. Tower has an RTP of 95%. Actual bet and payout limits may depend on the version offered by a particular operator.

About Tower

Tower plays from the bottom upward. The tower has ten levels, and each new floor becomes available only after a successful pick on the previous one. On the active level, the player sees several closed tiles. Some are safe, while others hide traps. You choose one tile and accept the outcome: a safe pick moves you higher, while a trap wipes out anything accumulated in the round that has not been cashed out.

The multiplier increases after every successful step. This creates Tower’s main decision point: continue climbing or press Cash Out to end the round at the current multiplier. There are no paylines or symbol combinations to memorise; the whole structure revolves around a sequence of independent choices and deciding when to exit.

Before placing a bet, you can switch between four risk modes: Classic, Low, Medium and High. They change the balance between safe tiles and traps on each floor. The higher the risk, the harder the next safe pick becomes, but the faster the potential multiplier grows. Tower therefore does not have one fixed volatility profile: the character of each round depends directly on the selected Risk setting.

Classic offers more safe options on each floor, so the climb usually develops at a calmer pace. Moving towards High noticeably reduces the number of safe tiles and increases the cost of each mistake. In practice, the player is not selecting a “bonus” but the overall profile of the round, from more cautious to highly aggressive.

Tower Symbols

Tower has no traditional set of paying symbols, Wilds or Scatters. Instead, the floors use closed tiles with two functional outcomes. A safe tile with a visual success marker lets you move to the next level and increases the current multiplier, while a trap tile ends the round and anything accumulated but not cashed out is lost.

Tower’s “symbols” therefore act as outcomes of a single step rather than reel combinations. You do not need to land three or five matching images: you only need to pick a safe tile on the current floor. After a successful pick, the interface immediately shows the new multiplier and lets you either continue climbing or secure the payout with Cash Out.

Tower Bonus Features and Free Spins

Tower does not use classic Free Spins, Bonus Buy or a separate bonus screen. Its main features are built directly into the core gameplay loop and are available in every round.

  • 10 tower levels. Each safe pick opens the next floor and increases the multiplier.
  • Four risk modes. Classic, Low, Medium and High change the balance between safe tiles and traps.
  • Growing multiplier. Every successfully cleared level increases the potential payout.
  • Cash Out. After a successful step, you can end the round and lock in the result at the current multiplier instead of risking it on the next floor.
  • Variable risk profile. The more difficult the selected mode, the faster the potential multiplier grows and the lower the chance of safely clearing the next floor.

Tower has an RTP of 95%. Max Win: XXXXX.

Tower Interface and Controls

Tower’s controls revolve around a few elements: bet size, the Risk selector, the current floor’s game area and the Cash Out button. Before starting a round, the player sets the amount and chooses Classic, Low, Medium or High. After that, play consists of selecting one of the closed tiles on the active level.

When the result is safe, the interface opens the next floor and updates the current multiplier. Cash Out becomes the key decision button: it lets you end the round and lock in the multiplier already reached. If a trap is revealed instead, the round ends immediately and anything not cashed out is lost.

Tower runs in HTML5 and can be played in a browser on desktop and mobile devices at operators that support the game. The vertical layout is especially clear on smaller screens, where the active floor, available tiles and current multiplier remain the main interface elements.

Tower Pros and Cons

Tower is aimed at players who prefer a short “pick — see the result — decide whether to continue” loop rather than traditional reel spins.

Pros

  • Simple mechanic without paylines or a complex symbol paytable.
  • A tower with 10 consecutive levels creates clear round progression.
  • Four Risk modes let you change the character of the game before betting.
  • The current multiplier increases after every safe pick.
  • Cash Out lets you stop after a successful floor without risking the accumulated result any further.
  • RTP is 95%.
  • The demo lets you compare risk modes without playing for real money.

Cons

  • No Free Spins, Bonus Buy, Wild, Scatter or classic bonus rounds.
  • One wrong pick ends the round and wipes out anything not cashed out.
  • A higher Risk setting noticeably reduces the number of safe options on each floor.
  • The visual structure is minimalist and may feel repetitive to fans of traditional video slots.

Tower Reviews

Below are opinions about Tower. They help you understand which features, mechanics, pace, and design may be important when evaluating the game.

What I like most about Tower is that you really do have to make a decision after every successful floor. You can stop early and cash out at a small multiplier or risk another step for the next level. I started with Classic and then tried Medium — the difference in tension is immediately noticeable even though the rules stay just as simple.

Editor’s reply:

The Risk selector is exactly what changes the character of the round: the higher the difficulty, the fewer safe options there are and the faster the potential multiplier can grow.

The ten-floor format gives a good sense of progress even though the game itself is very minimalist. I find it useful to decide in advance which level I will try to cash out at and not change the plan after every successful click. I like that Cash Out is available during the climb and you do not have to go all the way to the top of the tower.

Editor’s reply:

Cash Out is a central part of Tower’s mechanic: after a successful step, you can secure what you have accumulated or consciously accept the risk of the next floor.

Tower feels more like a fast instant game than a slot. There are no paylines, Scatters or long bonus screens, but every click has an immediate effect on the round. Low suits me better than High because I prefer to see the climb continue for longer. The format works well for short sessions, although I would like more visual variety.

Editor’s reply:

Tower is indeed an Instant Win game: instead of reel combinations, it uses sequential tile choices, a growing multiplier and the decision whether to Cash Out.

I understood the mechanic after just a couple of demo attempts: choose the risk, open a tile, then decide after a success whether to continue or cash out. Medium already feels tense, especially near the upper floors. On the other hand, if you hit traps quickly several times in a row, the rounds can become too short and repetitive.

Editor’s reply:

Short unsuccessful rounds are a natural part of the push-your-luck mechanic: a trap ends the climb immediately, while the selected Risk mode determines the balance between safe and dangerous tiles.

The tower idea is easy to understand, but I am more used to video slots with symbols, Free Spins and several different bonuses. Here, everything revolves around one decision — open the next tile or press Cash Out. The upside is that the interface is uncluttered, while the downside is that after a long run of rounds I start to miss new gameplay events.

Editor’s reply:

That is an accurate description of Tower’s format: the game deliberately focuses on one short risk loop and does not add traditional Free Spins or Bonus Buy to it.
