About Heads Will Roll
Heads Will Roll does not use the familiar endlessly rising crash curve. Instead, you face a multiplier ladder and climb it step by step through dice rolls.
A standard roll can produce one of three outcomes: Level Up, Fate Mode or Game Over. Level Up moves you to the next step and increases the amount available to Cash Out. Game Over ends the current round immediately with no accumulated return.
Before the round starts, you choose one of four difficulty levels: Easy, Medium, Hard or Brutal. Higher difficulty increases both the risk of Game Over and the potential top multiplier.
After a successful step, you can take the current result or continue climbing the ladder. When you are one or two steps away from the maximum multiplier, the final All or Nothing stage begins.

Heads Will Roll Symbols and Game Elements
Heads Will Roll does not use standard slot symbols. Its main elements appear on the faces of the die and on the multiplier ladder.
- Level Up. Moves you to the next step and increases the amount available to Cash Out.
- Fate Mode. Switches the game to a special die that can move you forward faster but also increases the risk of Game Over.
- Game Over. Ends the current round immediately with no accumulated win.
- Payout Ladder. Shows the current and upcoming multipliers for the selected difficulty mode.
- Cash Out. Lets you end the round after successful progress and lock in the current multiplier.
- All or Nothing. The final stage near the top of the ladder with only two outcomes: the maximum win or Game Over.
Reels, paylines, Wild, Scatter and Free Spins do not apply to Heads Will Roll.
Heads Will Roll Mechanics and Features
Heads Will Roll centres on step-by-step risk management and several special modes.
Four Difficulty Modes. Easy, Medium, Hard and Brutal use different levels of risk and different top multipliers.
Level Up. A successful standard roll moves you one step up the payout ladder and increases the amount available to Cash Out.
Fate Mode. On a special result, the standard die is replaced by the Fate die. It can move you several steps at once, but the chance of Game Over also increases. Cash Out is unavailable while Fate Mode is active.
Cash Out. After a successful standard step or once Fate Mode ends, you can lock in the current result and finish the round.
All or Nothing. When only one or two steps remain before the top multiplier, the game starts a final roll with a special red-and-gold die. There are only two possible outcomes: the maximum win or Game Over.
Post-Cashout Reveal. After a successful Cash Out, the game shows how high the multiplier could have gone if the round had continued.
Heads Will Roll Interface and Controls
The main Heads Will Roll screen shows the payout ladder, selected difficulty, die and betting controls. Before a round begins, you can switch between Easy, Medium, Hard and Brutal.
After every successful standard roll, the interface updates the available multiplier and offers a choice between continuing and Cash Out. When Fate Mode activates, a special die appears and the normal exit option is temporarily disabled until the mode ends.
The final All or Nothing stage is visually separated from the regular climb and uses a dedicated red-and-gold die with two possible outcomes.
Heads Will Roll Maximum Multipliers
The top multiplier depends on the selected difficulty level.
The payout table is empty.

Heads Will Roll Reviews
Below are opinions about Heads Will Roll. They help you understand which features, mechanics, pace, and design may be important when evaluating the game.
I like that you choose the risk level before the round begins. Easy feels calmer, while Brutal immediately makes it clear that the path to 2,400× is much more dangerous. The multiplier ladder is easier for me to follow than an endless crash curve.

Fate Mode changes the pace nicely. When the special die appears, you can jump several steps at once, but the chance of losing the round also rises. This is the most tense part of the game for me.
I like being able to stop after a successful step and take the current result. It makes every level a separate decision: keep going or avoid risking the multiplier already built up.
All or Nothing looks dramatic, but it really is a harsh ending. When you are close to the maximum, there is no longer an option to take an intermediate result — only the final roll remains.
Heads Will Roll feels completely different after playing video slots. There are no symbols, paylines or bonus spins — just a die, the ladder and the decision to exit. The format is interesting, but players who prefer traditional slots may need time to get used to it.
