Jogo Do Bicho — Review, Demo and Game Rules
Jogo Do Bicho Review
Jogo Do Bicho by BGaming is not a classic reel slot but a lottery game based on choosing animals and the numbers linked to them. Released on 30 April 2019, it has an RTP of 94% and offers several betting modes. Its main feature is the variety of ways to predict the result, from one animal to five, as well as bets on tens, hundreds and thousands.
Jogo Do Bicho Demo — Play for Free
Jogo Do Bicho is available in a free demo mode, so you can explore the draw without betting real money. The demo is particularly useful because the mechanics differ significantly from conventional slots. You can see how animals and numbers are selected, compare the Simple, Double, Triple, Quadra and Penta modes, learn how Advanced mode works and check how results appear in the history table.
Key Features of Jogo Do Bicho
The table brings together the main technical parameters of Jogo Do Bicho. For this game, the most important details are not the usual reels and paylines but the game type, RTP and the available modes for selecting animals or number combinations.
Jogo Do Bicho Features
About Jogo Do Bicho
Jogo Do Bicho is built around the Brazilian “animal lottery”. Instead of spinning reels, the player chooses animals or the numbers associated with them and then compares that selection with the draw result. The game uses 25 animals, each linked to a group of four two-digit numbers ranging from 01 to 00.
The basic mode lets you bet on animals. You can select one animal in Simple, two in Double, three in Triple, four in Quadra or five in Penta. The more animals you choose and the more accurately they occupy the required positions in the result, the higher the potential payout.
A separate Advanced mode switches the game to numbers. Tens bets use the last two digits, Hundreds use the last three digits and Thousands use the full four-digit number. This makes Jogo Do Bicho much closer to a number lottery than a traditional video slot.
The presentation follows the original theme, using cartoon animals and Brazilian visual motifs. However, the key difference is not the decoration but the way the outcome depends on the selected bet type and the position of the matching animal or number.

Jogo Do Bicho Symbols
Jogo Do Bicho has no classic reel symbols, Wilds or Scatters. Instead, it uses 25 animals, each associated with four numbers. For example, the ostrich corresponds to 01–04, the eagle to 05–08, the donkey to 09–12, while the cow closes the list with 97–00.
The animals serve a gameplay function rather than a decorative one: they are the selections used for Simple, Double, Triple, Quadra and Penta bets. In Advanced mode, the numerical values associated with those animals become important, so the same reference table underpins both animal bets and number bets.
Jogo Do Bicho Bonus Features and Free Spins
Jogo Do Bicho has no classic Free Spins or Bonus Buy because it is a lottery game without reel spins. Instead of bonus rounds, its depth comes from different bet types with different matching requirements and payouts.
- Simple. A bet on one animal. A match in first position pays x12, while the selected animal appearing in another position pays x3.
- Double. A bet on two animals. If they take first and second positions, the payout is x95; two matches in other positions pay x12, while one matching animal pays x1.
- Triple. Three animals in the first three positions pay x700. Three matches in other positions pay x42, two pay x3 and one pays x0.75.
- Quadra. Four animals in the first four positions pay x4,000. Four matches in other positions pay x500, three pay x22, two pay x1.5 and one pays x0.2.
- Penta. Matching all five selected animals gives the maximum payout of up to x17,000. Four matches pay x150, three pay x8, two pay x1 and one pays x0.2.
Advanced mode uses separate number bets. With Tens, matching the last two digits in first position pays x50; with Hundreds, an exact match of the last three digits pays x500; and with Thousands, matching the full number in first position pays x5,000. Payouts for a match in another position are lower at x7, x60 and x600 respectively.
Random mode is available for faster selection: the game automatically chooses animals or numbers depending on the active mode. It does not change the payout rules and simply reduces the amount of manual selection.
Jogo Do Bicho Interface and Controls
The controls are built around preparing a bet rather than spinning reels. The stake is adjusted with the “<” and “>” buttons, after which the player selects an animal or number and starts the draw with Play. The current balance appears at the bottom of the game window.
- Random automatically selects animals or numbers.
- Clear removes prepared bets before the game starts.
- Rebet repeats the previously placed set of bets.
- Lock / Unlock lets you save combinations and reuse them until they are cleared or changed.
- History opens the history of bets and wins.
- Advanced switches the interface to Tens, Hundreds and Thousands bets.
BGaming states that Jogo Do Bicho is optimised for both smartphones and computers. On mobile devices, the same logic for selecting bets and starting the draw is retained; the developer does not specify a particular screen orientation in the available rules.
Jogo Do Bicho Pros and Cons
Jogo Do Bicho’s strengths and limitations are directly linked to its lottery format: it offers many prediction options but bears little resemblance to a conventional slot.
Pros
- Several betting modes for 1–5 animals with different payout conditions.
- Advanced mode with Tens, Hundreds and Thousands bets.
- Maximum payout multiplier of x17,000 in Penta mode.
- Free demo version for learning the rules.
- Random, Rebet, Lock and History make repeated draws and bet management easier.
Cons
- The 94% RTP is lower than the level often found in classic online slots.
- No conventional Free Spins, Wilds, Scatters or Bonus Buy.
- New players need to understand result positions and several different bet types.
Jogo Do Bicho Reviews
Below are opinions about Jogo Do Bicho. They help you understand which features, mechanics, pace, and design may be important when evaluating the game.
I like that there are no conventional reels or paylines here. You choose animals, set the betting mode and immediately understand what the payout is based on. Penta is especially interesting: the high x17,000 multiplier makes you pay attention to the matching conditions instead of simply pressing Spin again and again.

Advanced mode was the part I liked most. Tens, Hundreds and Thousands feel like a separate number lottery inside the same game. It took a little time to get used to the link between animals and numbers, but after a couple of demo rounds it became clear why the multipliers differ so much between the options.

It is convenient that you can repeat a set with Rebet and save combinations with Lock. Once you have selected several animals, you do not have to rebuild everything before each draw. History is useful too. The only thing is that the interface feels unfamiliar after regular slots because you think in terms of positions and bet types here.

The game is interesting as an alternative to slots, but I miss Free Spins and familiar special symbols. Everything here revolves around choosing animals and numbers. I did like how transparent the rules are — in Simple, it is immediately clear what first position pays and what any other match pays.

The mechanics are original, but a 94% RTP looks modest to me. The animal-lottery concept is worth trying in the demo, especially to compare Simple and Advanced. For longer play, I personally care more about the maths, so I look at RTP first and maximum multipliers second.

Jogo Do Bicho Review Summary
Jogo Do Bicho is suited to players who are more interested in choosing combinations and understanding payout structures than spinning conventional reels. Its defining feature is the system of animal and number bets with different requirements for result positions; the highest multiplier, x17,000, is linked to Penta. The basic mode is fairly easy to learn, while Advanced mode requires more attention to the number groups. The 94% RTP should be considered separately from the large multipliers. Before playing for real money, it makes sense to try the mechanics in the demo first.
