I use Under most often and choose the range to match the multiplier I want. The game is simple, but the odds range lets you change the feel of each round quite a lot. Sometimes I choose a high probability, while at other times I reduce it for a larger multiplier.
Wide Odds Range lets you adjust the balance between the probability of a successful outcome and the potential payout.

The 32.5× maximum looks interesting, but I do not chase the upper limit. The higher the possible multiplier, the lower the win chance becomes. I prefer using medium settings and checking Win Chance in advance.
Multiplier and Win Chance are directly linked: riskier settings provide a higher potential multiplier.
