Rising Digital — Slots, Games and Provider Overview

Rising Digital Corporation was founded in 2013. The official site lists its headquarters at 2835 S Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada 89146. The company develops and publishes slot games, table games, game systems and gaming platforms for both land-based casinos and digital environments.

The official domain is risingdigital.com. Its product sections include Slot Games, Online Games, VR Games, Social Games and Game Engine. This distinction matters because Rising Digital operates several product lines: some content is licensed to land-based manufacturers, some is distributed through its own RGS, and the social/VR products use separate infrastructure and target audiences.

Historically, Rising Digital has licensed Asian-themed game concepts to major equipment manufacturers. Its official Slot Games page names IGT, Konami, Everi, Novomatic, Ainsworth, EGT, Aruze, Sega Sammy and WinSys among companies through which Rising Digital content has reached casino floors. These are licensing and integration relationships, not transfers of game authorship.

Rising Digital is a content and technology supplier rather than a consumer-facing online casino. Registration, deposits, withdrawals, KYC, bonuses and customer support are handled by the operator that integrates the company’s games.

Rising Digital has a broader product range than a typical online slot studio. The official site divides its output into several distinct areas.

GameMotors is GLI-certified to the international GLI-19 standard. The official page also references iTech Labs certification for UK/Malta RNG compliance. These documents concern technical system and random-number-generator testing; they are not substitutes for a government B2B gambling licence.

During 2025–2026, Rising Digital also expanded its iGaming infrastructure through Continent 8, linking the partnership to compliance, performance and cybersecurity requirements in North American markets.

Asian themes, pearls, sacks, animals, coins and fortune motifs appear frequently across Rising Digital’s online line-up. Common mechanics include Free Games, Bonus Games, respins, instant prizes and several jackpot levels.

3 Sparkling Pearls is one of the more prominent modern online titles. Caesars describes a 4×4 grid where a win requires at least eight matching symbols. Pearls are tied to respins and bonus rounds, while the jackpot system includes Mini, Minor and Major prizes. The operator page classifies the game as high volatility.

3 Treasure Sacks, 3 Lucky Lions and 3 Sparkling Pearls received a broad operator rollout in January 2026 across several regulated DraftKings jurisdictions. Their names reflect a familiar Rising Digital product style: accessible Asian visuals, a distinct bonus object and visible jackpot progression.

Earlier recognisable titles include Temple of Treasures, Dancing Lions, Blazing Creatures, Fortune Blossom, Ancient Ship, Apex of Prosperity and 777 Royal Pearls. Their layouts and bonus rules differ, so no single mechanic should be applied to the whole catalogue.

Rising Digital does not have one confirmed RTP for its entire historical library. The current official GameMotors demo site does, however, label published online builds with 95% or 95%v1. These are values for specific demo builds, not a “provider average RTP”.

Land-based versions, other regional configurations and future releases may use different mathematics. If a casino loads a separately certified configuration, check the Help, Paytable or information screen inside that exact version for the applicable RTP.

Rising Digital does not maintain a convenient public chronology of global release dates for every online game on its corporate site. In January 2026, DraftKings recorded 3 Sparkling Pearls in Connecticut, 3 Lucky Lions in Ontario, New Jersey, Michigan, Connecticut and Pennsylvania, and 3 Treasure Sacks in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Ontario, West Virginia and Michigan. This was the broadest confirmed public Rising Digital rollout found for early 2026.

During summer 2026, individual titles continued to expand to other operators. Hard Rock Bet, for example, added 3 Gem Sacks and 3 Treasure Sacks to part of its library in June. That confirms wider commercial distribution, but it does not establish a new global release date for those titles.

As of 2 September 2026, no later official Rising Digital global release post with an unambiguous new online-game date was found. The page therefore does not assign an artificial “latest release” based only on the ordering of third-party catalogue pages.

Rising Digital operates a dedicated GameMotors demo environment that displays online builds with their RTP labels. This is more useful than a conventional marketing showcase because it exposes current game names and the mathematical labels attached to published versions.

GameMotors is built for browser-based online integrations, while the Winning Dragon® Game Center supports mobile, computer and other interactive devices. The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board identifies Rising Digital Corporation as an iGaming Manufacturer with a licensure period running to 15 November 2027. This provides independent regulatory confirmation for one of the markets listed by the company.

A key 2026 update concerns Great Britain. The UK Gambling Commission lists Rising Digital Corporation, account 100849, with two active remote activities from 10 July 2026: Gambling Software Remote 100849-R-342726-001 and Game Host (Casino) Remote 100849-R-342726-001. The older Pending status is no longer current.

GameMotors certification to GLI-19 and iTech Labs UK/Malta RNG compliance must be kept separate from these licences. Laboratory certification demonstrates technical compliance, whereas UKGC and local supplier approvals regulate the activities of a specific legal entity. A supplier licence is also not the licence of every casino that carries its games.
