A trademark filing demonstrates a relationship between the brand and Games Global but is not proof that the studio itself is a separately registered legal entity. No distinct public registry record was found during the approved factual review that would allow a separate Aurum Signature Studios legal entity to be named safely, so that point remains unresolved.
